Media Consent Terms

I hereby grant ProFound Basketball Academy ("ProFound") the absolute right and permission to use photographic portraits, pictures, digital images, or videotapes of my child for lawful purposes, including but not limited to use in any ProFound publication or on ProFound websites.

I understand that by granting this permission, ProFound may use the images or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, without payment or any other consideration. I acknowledge that I am waiving my right to inspect and/or approve the finished product or its use.

I appreciate that ProFound will treat my child's images with the utmost respect and care, and I understand that my child's images may be used to enhance the quality of ProFound's programs.

I take full responsibility for any liability arising from the use of my child's photographic portraits, pictures, digital images, or videotapes, including any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise. I hereby hold ProFound harmless from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I or my child may have by reason of this authorization or the use of my child's photographic portraits, pictures, digital images, or videotapes.

I voluntarily consent to ProFound's use of my child's photographic portraits, pictures, digital images, or videotapes as described above.
